Visiting Aura Cannabis
Where are Aura Cannabis Co. dispensary locations?
Aura Cannabis has two convenient dispensary locations:
- Aura of Rhode Island (Central Falls) at 1136 Lonsdale Avenue, Central Falls, RI 02863. Located on Lonsdale Ave next door to Builders Surplus.
- Aura Cannabis Co. (Fall River, MA) at 320 Airport Road, Fall River, MA 02720. In North Fall River’s industrial park, next to Dunkin’ Donuts and Holiday Inn Express, across from the Fall River Country Club.
Is there parking at Aura Cannabis dispensaries?
Yes, parking is available at both locations.
Curbside pickup is not available at any of our dispensary locations.
What should I bring on my first visit to Aura?
Make sure you have the following before you arrive:
- Valid photo ID: a government-issued driver’s license, state ID card, or passport proving you are 21+ for recreational purchases (or 18 to 20 with a medical card).
- Medical marijuana card: required if you are between ages 18 and 20, or if you’re an out-of-state medical patient purchasing in RI.
- Payment: cash or debit card (an ATM is also available on-site at both locations.

Is Aura Cannabis accessible to customers with disabilities?
Yes. Both dispensary locations are handicap-accessible. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please contact us ahead of your visit, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

What types of cannabis products does Aura carry?
Aura carries a wide-ranging menu curated for quality at every price point:
- Flower (buds), including top-shelf, premium, and value tiers
- Cannabis edibles such as gummies, chocolates, cookies, and brownies
- Concentrates including live resin, live rosin, hash, wax, shatter, oil, and tinctures
- Pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls
- Cannabis vapes and vaporizers, including disposables, cartridges, and batteries

Does Aura grow its own cannabis?
Yes! Our Massachusetts location is an independent brand fueled by Mass Genetics, our in-house cultivation operation. We produce top-quality flower and pre-rolls from our own grow, which you’ll find featured prominently on our menu. This means we can stand behind the quality of our house products from seed to shelf.
What does "top-shelf cannabis" mean, and does Aura carry it?
“Top-shelf” refers to premium-grade cannabis distinguished by high potency, exceptional terpene profiles, proper cultivation and curing practices, and superior bag appeal. At Aura, we curate our menu to offer a range of quality tiers, including craft and top-shelf flower from local and regional growers as well as our own Mass Genetics cultivation. Ordering & Payment
Can I order cannabis online for pickup?
Absolutely. Aura offers convenient online ordering through our website. You can browse both the Central Falls and Fall River menus and place an order for in-store pick up. You can also call us at (401) 335-5356 for assistance.
What payment methods does Aura Cannabis accept?
Payment options vary slightly by location:
- Fall River, MA: Cash and debit cards are accepted. An ATM is available on-site.
- Central Falls, RI: Cash and debit cards are accepted. An ATM is available on-site.
We recommend bringing cash or a debit card to ensure a seamless checkout experience at either location.
Does Aura Cannabis offer delivery?
At this time, Aura Cannabis offers in-store, curbside, and drive-through pickup but does not currently offer home delivery. For the most up-to-date availability, please check your preferred location’s menu page or contact us directly.

How does the Aura Rewards program work?
Aura Rewards is our loyalty program that turns every purchase into savings. Here’s how it works:

When do my Aura Rewards points activate?
Your points are available immediately after you join the Aura Rewards program. There is no waiting period, so you can start earning from your very first purchase.
Medical Marijuana at Aura
Do I need a medical card to shop at Aura?
No, a medical card is not required for recreational purchases. Adults 21 and older may shop recreationally with a valid government-issued photo ID. A valid medical marijuana card is required if you are between the ages of 18 and 21. Out-of-state medical marijuana patients are also accepted at Aura.
Does the Central Falls location serve both medical and recreational customers?
Yes. Our Central Falls, RI location serves both medical and recreational cannabis consumers. Medical patients can browse our dedicated Medical Marijuana Menu. To shop as a medical patient, bring your valid Rhode Island medical marijuana card along with a government-issued photo ID.
