What Is Changing with Aura Rewards
Our previous loyalty program was built around earning and redeeming points. While we appreciated your patience with that system, we heard your feedback: simpler is better. So we redesigned it from the ground up.
The new Aura Rewards program is tier-based. Your savings level is determined by how much you spend with us over the course of a year, and that discount is automatically applied at checkout every single visit. No redemption steps. No juggling points. Just a cleaner, more rewarding experience at your go-to recreational dispensary.
Important: Points stop accruing on June 15, 2026, and expire on July 31, 2026. Make sure to redeem any existing points before July 31, 2026.
Meet the Three Aura Rewards Tiers
Every Aura Rewards member is placed into one of three tiers based on their annual qualifying spend. Here is a breakdown of what each level offers:
Gold Tier: 10% Off
Gold members are customers who spend between $0 and $2,999 annually. As a Gold member, you receive a 10% discount automatically applied to eligible purchases at checkout. It is a great way to save from day one, whether you are brand new to Aura or a casual shopper picking up premium cannabis flower, gummies, or vapes.
Platinum Tier: 15% Off
Platinum is for members who spend between $3,000 and $7,499 per year. Once you hit that threshold, your savings automatically jump to 15% off every visit. If you are a regular at our Fall River, MA, location or our Central Falls, RI dispensary, this tier is well within reach.
Diamond Tier: 20% Off
Diamond is our top tier, reserved for members who spend $7,500 or more annually. Diamond members enjoy the deepest savings with a 20% discount applied automatically at checkout. If you are a high-frequency shopper who loves curated top-shelf cannabis, this tier is designed with you in mind.
How the New Aura Rewards Program Works
The process is simple:
- Your tier is based on your qualifying purchases over a 12-month membership period.
- Your discount is automatically applied to eligible purchases at checkout. No codes, no redemption steps.
- Tier discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or offers unless otherwise stated.
- Your annual qualifying spend resets at the end of each membership period.
- You will receive a notification approximately 30 days before your tier expires, so you always know where you stand.

Beyond the standard tiers, Aura Rewards includes two special perks that reflect our commitment to being a welcoming, inclusive dispensary for every customer.
Military Appreciation: Automatic Diamond Status
Active-duty military members and veterans automatically qualify for Diamond Tier status, which means 20% off every visit. It is our way of saying thank you for your service.
Birthday Reward: A One-Time 20% Off
Every Aura Rewards member gets a one-time 20% birthday discount. Treat yourself to something special from our curated selection of cannabis edibles, flower, prerolls, or vapes. You deserve it.
Important Dates and Terms to Know
Before July 1 arrives, keep these dates in mind:
- June 15, 2026: Points stop accruing under the old system.
- July 1, 2026: New tier-based Aura Rewards program officially launches.
- July 31, 2026: All previously earned points expire. Redeem them before this date.

To maintain your current tier, you must meet the annual spending requirement for that tier within a rolling 365-day period. If your qualifying spend falls below the required amount, your account will automatically be adjusted to the appropriate tier based on your eligible purchases during the previous 365 days.
